If you receive an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and approved.
For all other situations, refunds are not offered. Eligible returns or exchanges will be issued as store credit only, provided the following conditions are met:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to begin the return or exchange process.
- Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and shipped back within 3 business days of approval.
- Only standard-size items qualify for returns or exchanges. Custom sizes and custom colors are final sale.
- If your preferred size is unavailable or the item is sold out, store credit will be issued.
